single gas burner single-stage operation (on/off) can adapt to any type of combustion chamber. Air and gas are mixed in the combustion head. By adjusting the combustion air and the combustion head, the best combustion parameters can be obtained. The combustion gas is recirculated in the combustion head. It can minimize the emission of pollutants, especially nitrogen oxides (NOx).
The washing unit can be directly removed without removing the burner from the boiler, and the maintenance is convenient. Manually adjust the air flow. A gas train with a leak can be selected.
It is equipped with a seven-hole coupling with a flange and an insulating seal that is attached to the boiler.
The structural feature burner includes a lightweight aluminum alloy fan component, a high performance centrifugal fan with a combustion air inlet for the flow regulating device, and an automatic closing damper.
Sliding flanges paired with various boiler flanges adjust the position of the burner into the boiler. Adjustable burner with steel blast tube and flame spreader.
Single-phase motors drive the fans. The gas train consists of a complete combination of operating valves, safety valves, minimum pressure switches, pressure regulators and gas filters (except for individual valve groups).
Burner automatic control unit and command equipment in line with European EN298 standard. The ionizing electrode detects the flame. A seven-hole coupling outlet is provided for the burner electrical and thermostat.
The microampere meter can be connected to the ionization cable. The standard configuration of electrical protection class IP40, if required, provides electrical protection rating. Silencing plastic protective cover.
